มาตรา 331 คู่ความ หรือทนายความของคู่ความ ซึ่งแสดงความคิดเห็น หรือข้อความในกระบวนพิจารณาคดีในศาล เพื่อประโยชน์แก่คดีของตน ไม่มีความผิดฐานหมิ่นประมาท

Section 331 A party to a case, or the lawyer of a party, who expresses any opinion or statement in the proceedings of a court for the benefit of his case, shall not be guilty of defamation.
