มาตรา 336 ทวิ ผู้ใดกระทำความผิดตามมาตรา 334 มาตรา 335 มาตรา 335 ทวิ หรือมาตรา 336 โดยแต่งเครื่องแบบทหารหรือตำรวจหรือแต่งกายให้เข้าใจว่าเป็นทหารหรือตำรวจ หรือโดยมีหรือใช้อาวุธปืนหรือวัตถุระเบิด หรือโดยใช้ยานพาหนะเพื่อสะดวกแก่การกระทำผิดหรือการพาทรัพย์นั้นไป หรือเพื่อให้พ้นการจับกุม ต้องระวางโทษหนักกว่าที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรานั้น ๆ กึ่งหนึ่ง
Section 336-thawi Whoever commits an offence under Section 334, Section 335, Section 335 bis or Section 336 by wearing a military or police uniform, or by dressing so as to be understood to be a soldier or police officer, or by carrying or using a firearm or explosive, or by using a vehicle to facilitate the commission of the offence or the carrying away of the property, or to escape arrest, shall be liable to a punishment heavier by one half than that provided for the relevant Section.
