มาตรา 345 ผู้ใดสั่งซื้อและบริโภคอาหารหรือเครื่องดื่ม หรือเข้าอยู่ในโรงแรม โดยรู้ว่าตนไม่สามารถชำระเงินค่าอาหาร ค่าเครื่องดื่ม หรือค่าอยู่ในโรงแรมนั้น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 345 Whoever orders and consumes food or drink, or takes lodging in a hotel, knowing that he is unable to pay for the food, drink or hotel charges, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding three months or a fine not exceeding five thousand baht, or both.
