มาตรา 346 ผู้ใดเพื่อเอาทรัพย์สินของผู้อื่นเป็นของตนหรือของบุคคลที่สาม ชักจูงผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดให้จำหน่ายโดยเสียเปรียบซึ่งทรัพย์สิน โดยอาศัยเหตุที่ผู้ถูกชักจูงมีจิตอ่อนแอ หรือเป็นเด็กเบาปัญญา และไม่สามารถเข้าใจตามควรซึ่งสาระสำคัญแห่งการกระทำของตน จนผู้ถูกชักจูงจำหน่ายซึ่งทรัพย์สินนั้น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสองปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสี่หมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 346 Whoever, in order to take the property of another person for himself or a third person, induces a person to dispose of property to that person's disadvantage, by taking advantage of the induced person's mental weakness, or of his being a gullible child unable reasonably to understand the essence of his act, so that the induced person disposes of the property, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding two years or a fine not exceeding forty thousand baht, or both.
