Section 360 Whoever damages, destroys, diminishes the value of, or renders useless property used or kept for the public benefit shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding five years or a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand baht, or both.

Section 360 increases the penalty where the damaged property is used or kept for public benefit, because it affects the interest of the public at large, unlike Section 358, which protects private property. Notably, an offence under Section 360 is not compoundable (unlike Sections 358/359).
