มาตรา 364 ผู้ใดโดยไม่มีเหตุอันสมควร เข้าไปหรือซ่อนตัวอยู่ในเคหสถาน อาคารเก็บรักษาทรัพย์หรือสำนักงานในความครอบครองของผู้อื่น หรือไม่ยอมออกไปจากสถานที่เช่นว่านั้นเมื่อผู้มีสิทธิที่จะห้ามมิให้เข้าไปได้ไล่ให้ออก ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 364 Whoever, without reasonable cause, enters or conceals himself in a dwelling place, a storehouse or an office in the possession of another person, or refuses to leave such a place when ordered to do so by a person entitled to forbid entry, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding one year or a fine not exceeding twenty thousand baht, or both.
