มาตรา 390 ผู้ใดกระทำโดยประมาท และการกระทำนั้นเป็นเหตุให้ผู้อื่นรับอันตรายแก่กายหรือจิตใจ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 390 Whoever acts negligently, and the act causes another to suffer bodily or mental harm, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding one month, or a fine not exceeding ten thousand baht, or both.
