มาตรา 392 ผู้ใดทำให้ผู้อื่นเกิดความกลัว หรือความตกใจ โดยการขู่เข็ญ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Section 392 Whoever causes another to fear or be alarmed by a threat shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding one month, or a fine not exceeding ten thousand baht, or both.
