มาตรา 67 ผู้ใดกระทำความผิดด้วยความจำเป็น
(1) เพราะอยู่ในที่บังคับ หรือภายใต้อำนาจซึ่งไม่สามารถหลีกเลี่ยงหรือขัดขืนได้ หรือ
(2) เพราะเพื่อให้ตนเองหรือผู้อื่นพ้นจากภยันตรายที่ใกล้จะถึงและไม่สามารถหลีกเลี่ยงให้พ้นโดยวิธีอื่นใดได้ เมื่อภยันตรายนั้นตนมิได้ก่อให้เกิดขึ้นเพราะความผิดของตน
ถ้าการกระทำนั้นไม่เป็นการเกินสมควรแก่เหตุแล้ว ผู้นั้นไม่ต้องรับโทษ
Section 67 Whoever commits an offence out of necessity:
(1) because the person is under a compulsion or under a power which cannot be avoided or resisted; or
(2) because the person acts to make oneself or another escape an imminent danger which could not be avoided by any other means, and which the person did not cause through one's own fault;
shall not be punished for that offence, provided that the act done is not more than reasonably necessary in the circumstances.
