มาตรา 7 ผู้ใดกระทำความผิดดังระบุไว้ต่อไปนี้นอกราชอาณาจักร จะต้องรับโทษในราชอาณาจักร คือ
(1) ความผิดเกี่ยวกับความมั่นคงแห่งราชอาณาจักร ตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา 107 ถึงมาตรา 129
(1/1) ความผิดเกี่ยวกับการก่อการร้ายตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา 135/1 มาตรา 135/2 มาตรา 135/3 และมาตรา 135/4
(2) ความผิดเกี่ยวกับการปลอมและการแปลง ตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา 240 ถึงมาตรา 249 มาตรา 254 มาตรา 256 มาตรา 257 และมาตรา 266 (3) และ (4)
(2 ทวิ) ความผิดเกี่ยวกับเพศตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา 282 และมาตรา 283
(3) ความผิดฐานชิงทรัพย์ ตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา 339 และความผิดฐานปล้นทรัพย์ ตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา 340 ซึ่งได้กระทำในทะเลหลวง
Section 7 Whoever commits any of the following offences outside the Kingdom shall be punished within the Kingdom:
(1) offences relating to the security of the Kingdom, under Sections 107 to 129;
(1/1) offences relating to terrorism, under Sections 135/1, 135/2, 135/3, and 135/4;
(2) offences relating to counterfeiting and alteration, under Sections 240 to 249, 254, 256, 257, and 266 (3) and (4);
(2 bis) offences relating to sexuality, under Sections 282 and 283;
(3) the offence of robbery under Section 339, and the offence of gang-robbery under Section 340, committed on the high seas.
