มาตรา 85/1 ถ้าผู้ถูกใช้ตามมาตรา 84 หรือผู้กระทำตามคำโฆษณา หรือประกาศแก่บุคคลทั่วไปให้กระทำความผิดตามมาตรา 85 ได้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญอันเป็นการเปิดเผยถึงการกระทำความผิดของผู้ใช้ให้กระทำความผิดหรือผู้โฆษณาหรือประกาศแก่บุคคลทั่วไปให้กระทำความผิด และเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งต่อการดำเนินคดีแก่บุคคลดังกล่าว ศาลจะลงโทษผู้นั้นน้อยกว่าอัตราโทษขั้นต่ำที่กำหนดไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้นเพียงใดก็ได้
Section 85-1 If the person instigated under Section 84, or the person who acted upon the public incitement under Section 85, gives material information disclosing the offence of the instigator or of the person who publicly incited the offence, and that information is of great benefit to proceedings against such person, the court may impose on the informant a punishment less than the minimum provided by law for that offence.
