มาตรา 219 ผู้ใดตระเตรียมเพื่อกระทำความผิดดังกล่าวในมาตรา 217 หรือมาตรา 218 ต้องระวางโทษเช่นเดียวกับพยายามกระทำความผิดนั้น ๆ

Section 219 Whoever prepares to commit the offence under Section 217 or Section 218 shall be liable to the same punishment as for attempting that offence.
