มาตรา 267 ผู้ใดแจ้งให้เจ้าพนักงานผู้กระทำการตามหน้าที่จดข้อความอันเป็นเท็จลงในเอกสารมหาชนหรือเอกสารราชการ ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์สำหรับใช้เป็นพยานหลักฐาน โดยประการที่น่าจะเกิดความเสียหายแก่ผู้อื่นหรือประชาชน ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Section 267 Whoever causes an official performing his duty to record a false statement in a public document or official document intended for use as evidence, in a manner likely to cause harm to another person or the public, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding three years, or a fine not exceeding sixty thousand baht, or both.
