มาตรา 298 ผู้ใดกระทำความผิดตามมาตรา 297 ถ้าความผิดนั้นมีลักษณะประการหนึ่งประการใดดังที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา 289 ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่สองปีถึงสิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่สี่หมื่นบาทถึงสองแสนบาท
Section 298 Whoever commits an offence under Section 297, if the offence has any of the characteristics provided in Section 289, shall be liable to imprisonment of two to ten years and a fine of forty thousand to two hundred thousand baht.
