มาตรา 9 เจ้าพนักงานของรัฐบาลไทยกระทำความผิดตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา 147 ถึงมาตรา 166 และมาตรา 200 ถึงมาตรา 205 นอกราชอาณาจักร จะต้องรับโทษในราชอาณาจักร

Section 9 An official of the Thai Government who commits an offence under Sections 147 to 166 and Sections 200 to 205 outside the Kingdom shall be punished within the Kingdom.
